PRIVACY POLICY AND PARENT HANDBOOK
Statement

Our goal is to help students accomplish their learning and growing goals through LANGUAGE  and EMOTIONAL development.

The world is explored through language; we are in constant communication (verbal and non-verbal). Therefore, we foster an environment where students develop language skills IN ALL ITS FORMS which allows them to explore a bigger world.

The Parent Handbook has been  written to describe our program, philosophy, policies, and all the practical details   that go into making each day as happy and successful as possible. Please carefully read this handbook and keep it   for future reference.

Enrollment

Our school offers placement all year round as a rolling admission’s school.

  • Toddlers (18mo – 3 y/o) – Pre-K 3 – 4 programs offer 10 or 11-month education.
  • Kindergarten level offers 10 or 11-month education.
  • Winter camps  and after school classes must be enrolled and paid separately. Our After School and Saturday programs operate year-round, utilizing a specialized 12-week curriculum cycle. This structure allows for individualized assessments and ensures students reach specific learning milestones within each block.
  • To join our school, each student must have a registration form submitted. For families with more than one child please submit as many forms as the number of kids being registered.

We encourage families to submit registration forms for desired start dates a month in advance.

Our Programs: Preschool and After School

Fasttrack-Languages program is designed for students to accomplish individual learning goals within a group.  These goals include:

  • Develop emotional, academic and  social skills through language.
  • Gain clarity, confidence and love for a lifetime of learning.
  • Develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, and discipline through language development.
  • Our  program runs all year round and caters to ages 18mo to 14 years old.
Our Teachers

We strive to hire experienced and qualified instructors who enjoy supporting learning and growth. These individuals are supported by a skilled linguist and certified classroom instructor with Montessori training.

Our Payments Options:
  • Fees are charged based on the program the student will be attending per year.
  • Full payment is required prior to the start of the first session.
  • Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, a flat $25 late fee will be applied. Access to all programs (including Preschool and After School) is paused until the account balance is cleared. We do not offer post-attendance billing.
