Please sign the waiver below to complete your child’s registration at Fasttrack Languages. This is necessary for valid enrollment in our programs. While our center is childproofed and children are well supervised, accidents can occur. By signing, you assume all risks associated with your child’s participation in any program (including Summer and Spring Programs, Reading, Writing, Math, Toddler Program, Gymnastics, Movement, Spanish, Italian, French, and Mandarin) and agree to release Fasttrack Languages and its staff from any liability related to injuries.
