Whether it is our backyard, the park or our studio, we enjoy our saturday morning practice. In this class we navigate the principles of language, movement and breathing and how they relate to our diversity, connect with with our inner selves and help develop strength, flexibility and acrobatic skills.
Short description of our program sessions:
Gymnastics Basic skills set for the gymnast are flexibility, core strength, balance, upper and lower-body strength, power, mental focus, discipline, dedication and level 1 floor skills.
In Yoga, we work in Breathing, standing asanas, balancing, forward and back bending, meditation, sharing, acceptance and Shavasana.
