The Fasttrack-Languages center fosters a safe environment for any adult student who comes in to participate in any scheduled class. However, accidents do happen. The undersigned(s) assume(s) all risk of injury to the person associated with participation in any program including Spanish, Mandarin, Italian and French and agree(s) to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Fasttrack-Languages and it's staff, employees, volunteers, of and from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action in respect of injury to the person or by the person, howsoever caused, arising or to arise by reason of or during the person's participation in any of the classes of the school program.
